- August 2012: Acquired development interests of southern Texas (Eagle Ford formation) through JUS.
- January 2013: Acquired additional development interests in areas around previously acquired blocks through JUS.
- January 2022: Acquired wellbore interests of southern Texas (Eagle Ford formation) through JUS.
- May 2022: Decided to acquire wellbore interests of southern Texas (Eagle Ford formation) and southern Oklahoma (Woodford formation) through JUS.
